Return Policy

1) We have a 7 day return policy. If you're not satisfied with our product within the first 7 day, you may return the unused item for a full refund, less shipping fees. It is the responsibility of the customer to return the item, unless RNS has made an error with your order or we determine the item is defective.

The warranty for electronic items is 1-3 months (please refer to the ads' description). For non-electronic items 7 day return only. Items damaged due to abuse, modification, or unintended use are not covered under this warranty. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

We don't do repairs so we can send a new item in exchange to the buyers in case of warranty. If the item is not available we can provide a partial refund until the item is available. We agree with the return please make sure the item is in undamaged condition and was used properly.

Please contact us first, before you send back to us so we can give you the return address.

We do not accept returns of:

  • Any product(s) returned more than 7 days from the date on the packing slip.
  • Any product(s) that has been opened (taken out of its plastic wrap).
  • Any product(s) not in its original condition.
  • Any product(s) that is damaged, played, or is missing parts.
  • Any product(s) that were sold as part of a bundle, unless the bundle is returned complete.

2) Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment (PayPal, BPI, BDO, LBC, etc..,) Original shipping charges will be deducted from the refund unless the return is the result of an error by RNS.
